1. Who processes the data

2. What data we receive

Only what you enter in the website forms yourself: your name, contact details (phone, messenger or email), organization name, task description and attached files. The website may also collect anonymized technical data about visits (cookies, IP address, browser type) through a web analytics service, if it is enabled.

3. Purpose

To respond to your request, prepare a proposal and conclude a contract, and to understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you submit a form, and the need to conclude and perform a contract at your request.

5. What we do with the data

Collection, recording, storage, updating, use and deletion. Requests from the website are passed to the Operator’s staff by email and in a work chat in the Telegram messenger. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for advertising.

6. Retention

For as long as we need it to respond to your request and perform the contract, but no longer than three years after your last contact with us, unless the law requires otherwise. The data is then deleted.

7. Your rights
