Digital transformation at the level of a single hospital: smart wards, surgical robots, AI diagnostics, digital management.
A nine-day business trip to Shanghai, Hangzhou and Shenzhen: smart hospitals, AI in diagnostics, regional medical platforms and health industry parks. Meetings with doctors, developers and managers.

In Chinese hospitals, digital tools stopped being standalone IT systems some time ago. Clinical practice, AI models, hospital infrastructure, medical data and regional platforms are connected, and a whole industry already works around them.

Digital wards, surgical robots, AI diagnostics and digital patient flow management.

Medical large models, AI in neurology, an image-reading robot, validation of AI products.

A regional platform of 9 hospitals, data governance, health industry parks.
At every clinic and company the group talks to doctors, AI engineers and managers. You can ask about AI adoption, the ROI of digital tools, model validation and data protection. Format: visits to leading hospitals, meetings with technology companies, discussions with management and technical teams, practical case reviews.

Digital transformation at the level of a single hospital: smart wards, surgical robots, AI diagnostics, digital management.

A provincial-level smart hospital: telemedicine, AI patient routing, a robot that reads medical images.

How 9 hospitals are joined into one platform, how AI models are validated, and how medicine, engineering and business work together.
The programme covers the whole chain: an AI consulting room and a smart ward, a national validation base, a trusted medical data space and a regional platform.
